Delivery + Duties
The prints ordered on this website are reproductions of original paintings created solely by the artist in Zimbabwe. There is a maximum of 40 prints per painting. Each print is marked with numbering in the format 1/40 and so on. The print is signed by the artist. All prints are made in Zimbabwe and will be delivered from Zimbabwe to you at our cost by DHL or a similar courier service. The prints will be rolled and carefully packed to avoid damage.
The delivery period is 30 days from receipt of funds to the day when the print is delivered to the courier service. Should no delivery be made, we will immediately refund the amount paid plus bank charges within 10 days. We are not responsible for any other costs. If the print is lost by the courier service, the claim must be made against them and their insurance.
In case of damage upon receipt caused by the transporter, the transporter's insurance will make amends. In case there is damage caused by our side, we will refund the money after receiving an independent report from an international surveyor such as SGS. The cost of the surveyor must be agreed upon in advance, and this cost will be covered by us if the damage turns out to be valid. If we pay for the product, we have the right to ask for it to be returned to us at our cost.
This contract is governed by Swiss law and the jurisdiction is in Thundorf, Switzerland.
